First Annual Shriners Arts & Craft Show
When: Saturday and Sunday, June 18 + 19 2011
Time: 10 am – 5 pm
Where: Shrine Center 979 Bay Road Webster NY 14580
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
- Spacious fairgrounds with ample parking for artists and patrons
- Assistance with load in and load out
- Booth sitters
- Festival limited to 100 artists
- Affordable booth fees
- Location immediately off of Bay Road by Rt. 104 convenient for Rochester area traffic
- Paved outdoor area for outdoor booths
- Limited number of indoor booths available for artists
- Co-ordinated regional publicity campaign
- Local radio broadcasts from the festival site
- Indoor bathroom facilities
- Festival food prepared on the premises, including fish fry, hots, hamburgers, salt potatoes and fries
Show will be juried via CD by the Show Committee and local artists.
